What the role requires:

The role of the Field Marketing Manager will be to focus on the following areas: local marketing strategy for regional sales markets, lead/target/high engagement communication & tracking, localized sales enablement, and an active member of the Swivl Marketing team who works in collaboration with the Sales team to achieve and meet department and company-wide goals.

The daily:

  • Develop and deliver communications tactics that proactively drive marketing programs through planning, execution, and results tracking
  • Ensure awareness, adoption, and participation of marketing campaigns and tools by sales professionals; develop and deliver actions plans for improvement
  • Manage formal feedback loops to provide field input on programs and promotions to product and marketing teams
  • Drive lead generation activities to increase lead conversion rates to meet overall revenue targets
  • Work with the database team to track lead generation and program results and communicate success rates and/or opportunities to sales and marketing leadership.
  • Manage field marketing program budget
  • Participate in sales projects and initiatives to provide marketing support and resources.
  • Communicate and execute enterprise and industry events to local teams

The right candidate will have:

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Able to build strong relationships across departments to meet company-wide goals
  • Email marketing writer with a background in campaign management with experience in at least one of the following EMS, MailChimp, Groove, and/or Active Campaign
  • Data-driven and focused on using data to make actionable decisions
  • Experience using Salesforce for reporting and analysis
  • Research-oriented with attention to regional and state-specific education opportunities
  • Strong education background either in schools or education technology
  • Very organized and focused on the details; comfortable utilizing our internal projects-based platform, Asana
  • Open to testing new ideas and taking risks to figure out the best path forward
  • Must be coachable - always looking to improve and grow

We are a distributed team with offices in California and Kyiv, Ukraine. This position will be remote within the United States.
